We welcome Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.
We base our shipping charges on the charges of the carriers we use—either USPS or UPS. We are happy to fill your order, big or small. We have no minimum orders.
We will usually process an order within one or two business days. Orders received by 4:00pm CST should be shipped the following business day. Orders received after this deadline should be shipped within the following two business days.
Because your Auto Tint Rider window tint has been cut to precisely fit your vehicle based on your preferences, we cannot accept product returns or exchanges of pre-cut window film if it was not an Auto Tint Rider error. If a product is damaged during shipment, we will replace it with a product matching the original order. To process a claim, you must contact us at support@AutoTintRider.com
If the error was committed by Auto Tint Rider, we apologize for the mistake and will accept the return of product for a replacement.
At our discretion, Auto Tint Rider may accept the return of full rolls of film, tools, or accessories if they are unopened and in their original packaging, but the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If you want to return or exchange any product other than pre-cut window tint film, you must request a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) by e-mail at (support@AutoTintRider.com) within 15 days of receiving the order. Do not return goods unless directed by us to do so. All returns should be in the original boxes, packaged as you received them, and in unused condition. All shipping costs on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the original purchaser. All returns are subject to a 15 percent restock fee.
Orders with missing, damaged, or defective parts must be reported to us by phone or e-mail within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment. We cannot honor claims reported to us later than (10) days after of receipt of shipment.

Auto Tint rider.com and other marks shown on the website are registered trademarks or registered service marks of Auto Tint Rider.com. This includes our graphics, logos, page headers, scripts, and icons. All other trademarks that appear on this website but are not owned by us are the property of their owners, who may or may not be affiliated with or sponsored by Auto Tint Rider.
Termination of Usage
Auto Tint Rider may terminate or suspend anyone’s access to all or part of our website without notice for any conduct that we, at our discretion, believe is in violation of applicable law or is harmful to the interests of us, our associates, or the public. We also reserve the right to refuse an order from anyone at our discretion.
Availability and Pricing
Availability and pricing of our products may change without notice. We will do our best to minimize errors and make corrections when we discover them. We reserve the right to revoke any offer that is made in error and to correct any inaccuracies or omissions—including any discovered after an order has been placed.
Acceptance of Orders
Occasionally we may have to cancel or delay an order that we are unable to fill. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel and credit any order for any reason. We will contact you if we have to cancel any part of your order or if we need more information to fill your order.
Use of Our Site
When you accept Auto Tint Rider’s Terms and Conditions, indicated by your use of our site, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under age 18, your parent or guardian must agree to our Terms and Conditions. A parent or legal guardian agreeing to our Terms and Conditions for the benefit of a child younger than 18 is fully responsible for the child’s use and all financial charges and legal liabilities that he or she may incur.
